Meet the founder
Juan Reyes
President & General Manager
Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Juan Reyes’ work experience started in graphic design pursuing his Global Marketing Major. After moving to United States at age 20, Juan dabbled in newspapers, magazine publications and marketing for a few years, but found his passion for an outdoor work environment when he started working for a small construction company. He gained experience as a Field Tech, Project Manager, and Sales/Estimator.
Still drawn to the versatility of an ever-changing outdoor work environment, Juan founded Pro Roofing & Siding in 2008 with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and quality installation for his customers. He currently serves as the general manager.
As a business starting from the ground, Juan quickly went to work learning the ropes of managing a business and conquering the roofing industry. His ability to adapt his methods and create a transparent business model led Pro Roofing & Siding into the top 2% of all roofing contractors in the state of Georgia by GAF (the largest roofing manufacturer in America) in just 10 years. The company will also defend their seventh consecutive Consumer’s Choice Award.
Juan’s personal commitment to success also landed him the 2017 award for Hispanic Contractor of the Year. He continued to polish his leadership skills when he completed the Georgia Mentor-Protégé Connection, a full-year leadership program.
Today, you’ll find Juan coaching his amazing Pro Roofing & Siding employees, visiting projects on-site, keeping his team up-to-date on safety trainings, and organizing community events. Among other community and charitable events, Pro Roofing & Siding works closely with 104.7 The Fish, His Hands Church, the 1st Baptist Church of Smyrna, and other ministries providing labor and material for donated roofs.
In his spare time, Juan enjoys beach days and outdoor adventures with his wife and children, ages 10, 12, 17 & 22. He and his family are proud, active members of their church and community.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana and have lived in Atlanta, Georgia for 24 years. I have one teenage daughter. Favorite moments are creating and enjoying wonderful memories with family and friends. Hobbies are traveling, black and white photography, drawing, painting and playing Latin percussion.

Sheryl Luitjens

Born in Dothan, Alabama, Sheryl and her three children have lived in Georgia for the past 17 years. Sheryl’s six grandchildren are the light of her life and she enjoys spending as much time as possible with them. With over 25 years’ experience in customer service, Sheryl certainly provides an excellent customer experience for Pro Roofing & Siding.
In her free time, Sheryl enjoys sewing, beading and painting. We can all find peace in her favorite scripture, Proverbs 3:5 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” We’re glad to have Sheryl on our team!
Otilia Solano

Born May 14, in Santo Domingo, Dominic Republic, I am the youngest of 3 children. I grew up blessed with a loving and caring family and friends. I am a mother of two 2 children and 2 Grand children that make my life a feast.
I graduated from the American High Tech of New York in business and Pedro Henreiquez Urena University of the Dominic Republic in banking. I have engaged myself in different roles during the last 25
years such as event coordinator at the US Embassy Dominican Republic, a buyer at Industrial Duty free Zone, purchasing manager of liquors and tobacco and purchasing director for Travel Retail. Today I bring 25 years of administrative knowledge to Pro Roofing and I believe to be in the right place, with the right people.

Kyle Tompkins

Kyle was born and raised in Florence, Alabama where he met and married his high school sweetheart. They have been married for 39 years and blessed with 3 children and 2 grand children. Kyle and his family have lived inGeorgia for 30 years. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors golfing and fishing. Kyle comes to us highly recommended with over 35 years of experience in accounting.
Kyle’s favorite quote is “A man who is not a father to his children can never be a real man."
Chris Friesz
Project Manager
Chris Friesz is originally from Independence, Missouri but has made Woodstock, Georgia his home for the last 12 years. He has two beautiful daughters. Chris has over 20 years of general contracting experience. Over the last 18 months he has been able to add roofing to the list.
During his free time he enjoys playing golf, spending time with family, and playing Texas Hold’em. Chris’s favorite scripture reminds him to stay positive every day; Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable— if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”
