Proroofing crew showed up at about 730, and immediately started setting up for tear-off of the existing roof. Materials were delivered and roof replacement was started and completed in a very timely manner. Clean-up was completed quickly and I’m very happy with my new roof. Chris Friesz was very helpful. Got a quote to repair some siding. Everyone in the process was very friendly and took the time to go over the work with me and answer my questions. Chris was managing the project and did a great job of communicating everything and sending pics of work in process while I was at work which was nice. I asked about some other small tasks as well (broken window screen, broken dryer vent 15+ ft up the wall) and they were very accommodating to fix those for me as well. I had an excellent experience with Pro Roofing and Siding from start to finish. Memphis did a fantastic job inspecting my roof and helping me get everything set up for a full replacement. He worked hard to get us an affordable price without cutting corners and made sure our roof was installed using the best materials available. He also followed up after the project was completed to make sure everything went smoothly, which really showed his professionalism and care. Robin did an incredible job scheduling our appointment and made the process easy and convenient. Hafid and Chris did an outstanding job ensuring the roof replacement went perfectly, and Hafid kept me updated throughout the entire process so I always knew what was happening. Juan, the owner, even personally followed up afterward, which speaks volumes about the level of service and pride they take in their work. Excellent service all around. Chad came out the same day to figure out what we needed, and a few days later Chris and Lorenzo came out to fix the issue. Customer service and communication have been amazing through the process. Pro Roofing did a great job of being efficient in the roof repair on my home, as well as removing all the rotten wood behind my gutters.  They were a professional crew who did a great job of clean up after the job was completed.  I had a couple minor issues to get resolved, and they came back out and fixed the issue no question. We are still evaluating contractors because this was our very first quote and we always get at least 3 but I had to leave a review on the professionalism of Joanna who examined our siding issues caused by woodpeckers and made the correct recommendations on a solution.  She was able to provide a quote the very same day and discuss it with us.  I am very comfortable with the skill and professionalism with this company.
