Materials were delivered and roof replacement was started and completed in a very timely manner. Clean-up was completed quickly and I’m very happy with my new roof. Chris Friesz was very helpful. Everyone in the process was very friendly and took the time to go over the work with me and answer my questions. Chris was managing the project and did a great job of communicating everything and sending pics of work in process while I was at work which was nice. I asked about some other small tasks as well (broken window screen, broken dryer vent 15+ ft up the wall) and they were very accommodating to fix those for me as well. Robin did an incredible job scheduling our appointment and made the process easy and convenient. We are still evaluating contractors because this was our very first quote and we always get at least 3 but I had to leave a review on the professionalism of Joanna who examined our siding issues caused by woodpeckers and made the correct recommendations on a solution.  She was able to provide a quote the very same day and discuss it with us.  I am very comfortable with the skill and professionalism with this company.
