Refund Cancellation Policy –

Any contract signed by a customer may be cancelled for any reason within 72 hours of signing the contract. Cancellation requests must be received in writing by midnight the 3rd day after signing the contract. After midnight on the 3rd day, the contract will be considered binding. Any refunds necessary in light of a cancellation will be applied to the initial form of payment used.

Once the work has started on the project or materials are ordered for the project, the contract will be considered binding. Refunds will not be issued.
