SMS Service Messages

Our service-text program provides information about estimates you request, appointments, project scheduling and updates, and customer support from Pro Roofing & Siding. It does not include marketing messages or promotional offers.

To enroll, check the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox on either estimate request form at www.myproroofing.com/free-estimate/. The box is unchecked by default. You may submit an estimate request without agreeing to texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Phone-call consent is collected separately and does not enroll you in this SMS program. Verbal permission does not enroll you in this program.

This service-text consent does not authorize any separately operated marketing program. Marketing texts require a separate, explicit opt-in; we do not infer it from a service request, service-text consent, or an existing customer relationship.

Consent Records

We retain form-submission records to document the phone number, SMS consent selection, submission time, form, and applicable disclosure version. Staff verify consent before sending service texts. Existing contacts are not automatically enrolled.

HELP Instructions

Reply HELP to the number that sent you a text for assistance. You may also call (770) 777-1733 or email [email protected].

STOP Instructions

Reply STOP to the number that sent you a text to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further service texts unless you resubscribe. You may also contact our office to withdraw consent. Previously enrolled recipients may reply START or UNSTOP to resubscribe; these commands do not replace the website opt-in required for initial enrollment.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests and project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Privacy

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to honor opt-out requests.
